All Star Wrestling Show Review: 16th October 2006
by Devilish Angel on 18 October 2006
When I first arrived at the Civic Centre, I got into the small queue which had formed and who should queue up behind me, but one of the regular attendees Drew McDonald fan (read my March 15th review, to find out about him), who proceeded to tell everybody that Drew McDonald hates the English to which one person replied, that's ok I'm Cornish...

FWA Round Robin Tournament 2005 DVD Review
by Stew Boyd on 25 September 2006
The story behind my acquisition of this particular versatile disc formatted dose of
British Wrestling is an odd one: after chasing up an erstwhile order with former
Showstealer-Events production bods Red Church, said people very kindly offered me a free DVD of my choice from their back catalogue. I subsequently picked out... erm.... an event that wasn't the FWA's 2005 Round Robin, but given events prior, it wasn't a case of complete shock when this landed on my doorstep...

All Star Wrestling Show Review: 13th March 2006
by Devilish Angel on 15 March 2006
I arrived at the Aylesbury Civic Centre just after 6:20pm. The main foyer doors opened at 6:30pm, at which stage everybody rushed towards the merchandise stand to buy the foams hands and programmes. The programme was actually really sparse this time about 6 pages only, also can I just say those foam hands are evil and lethal in the wrong hands. Whilst waiting I looked at the matches scheduled for the show and my fears were confirmed neither Joe Legend or Jonny Storm was listed, but Mikey Whiplash was there so all was forgiven very quickly...

FCW Endurance 2004 Review
by Goldy on 30 September 2004
Hey everyone, this started out as just being a regular post about last Sundays FCW 'Endurance' show, but as I started posting and typing away I realized that I'd rambled on enough to make this into a show review! Plus, as I haven't reviewed a show in a good while I decided now would be as good a time as any to finally do some work!

SWA Rebirth Review
by Eddie Murdoch on 29 July 2004
With the departure of SCW from the Scottish wrestling scene, a new promotion featuring close to all of those who had previously worked for SCW debuted. Titled the SWA (Scottish Wrestling Alliance) - they debuted on Saturday July 17th with a show in Bellshill, just outside of Glasgow, which made their mark on the wrestling scene...

| ST: Do not talk to me about fake By Saz on 6 January 2008 |
| There’s a saying in wrestling.
The person who says that wrestling is fake knows nothing about wrestling at all.
Say fake to people like Chris Benoit whose “fake” concussions turned him insane, say fake to Sid whose leg broke in half after the merest of falls, say fake to every single wrestler who has been through agony [...] |
| ST: What does TV do for the UK Scene? By Saz on 27 November 2007 |
| Being a professional wrestler can be such an enjoyable experience, yet, sometimes such a frustrating one.
There is that old school opinion that wrestling is built from respect and that your time and your actions deserve the opportunities that you get. I know my place in the scheme of things, I have my rung on the [...] |
| ST: Time to get the attitude right By Saz on 22 September 2007 |
| You know, when I came back from Spain, a few things dawned on me.
The first being how stuck up our own arses we Brits are. Bear with me on this, I am going somewhere with this.

| ST: Viva l?Espania! By Saz on 18 August 2007 |
| Howdo,
Your friendly neighbourhood Saz here, coming to you live from Tarragona, that would be on the South coast of Spain for all you non geography types.
Yup, ole Sazza is sitting here supping Cevesa enjoying the sand, sea, sun, sangria and senoritas!

| ST: More wrestler ramblings By Saz on 22 July 2007 |
| I mentioned in the UK scene that I think that British wrestling is beginning to carve out a niche of its own, separate to the direct influence of the Americans.
There will always be influence of course, that can’t be denied a good idea that works should always be used and the great thing about the [...] |
