Zero One AWA title tournement results, 23/1/05

Zero One held the finals of the entire AWA title tournement today with two three way matches to decide the US representive and the Japanese rep as well... The US where represented by Tanaka (he claims he American now), Simon Diamond and Steve Corino... The Japanese where represented by Takao Omari, Kohei Sato and Kensuke Sasaki....
ZERO-ONE 23/1/05 TokyoK orakuen Hall 1,600 paid
1. Rikiya Fudo defeated Shinsuke Sumiya in 10 minutes, 18 seconds with the Rikiya Driver. 2. AWA Title Tournament (3-way match): Steve Corino defeated Masato Tanaka & Simon Diamond in 10 minutes, 13 seconds when Corino used a lariat on Diamond for the win. 3. AWA Title Tournament (3-way match): Takao Omori defeated Kensuke Sasaki & Kohei Sato in 8 minutes, 8 seconds when Omori used an Axe Bomber on Sato for the win. 4. Yo****o Sasaki defeated Osamu Namiguchi in 8 minutes, 6 seconds with the Argentine Coaster. 5. Shinjiro Ohtani defeated Ryoji Sai in 11 minutes, 47 seconds with a King Cobra Hold. 6. Tatsuhito Takaiwa, Ikuto Hidaka, & Minoru Fujita defeated Leonardo Spanky, Super Crazy, & Sonjay Dutt in 15 minutes, 26 seconds when Fujita used a facebuster on Dutt for the win. 7. AWA Title Tournament Finals: Takao Omori defeated Steve Corino in 24 minutes, 53 seconds with the Axe Bomber to become the 32nd AWA champion.
So the new era of Zero One Max has begun! Omori is its champion and Ohanti its booker... So from here who knows?
