PTW: Latest Card For "Hardcore Helloween" On October 27th

Thanks to Power Trip Wrestling for sending the following in: Power Trip Wrestling presents "Hardcore Halloween", on Saturday 27th October; and the clock is ticking down; so let's get to the latest spooky news and happenings in PTW right now.....The first being the birthday of PTW Owner Peter Staniforth's daughter Victoria (who has her own past in Power Trip Wrestling, having made PTW Hardcore Champion Jim Brooks tap out at "Faith, Hope, & Charity" in July!), and we wish her a happy 5th birthday! As we proudly announced last time, no less than Luton's very own Johnny Kidd will be coming to PTW to wrestle in the tournament to crown a first ever PTW Heavyweight Champion! It's been seventeen years since Johnny last wrestled in his home town, and this borders on a historic moment. There's been quite a bit of interest from the local media, and we have had front page attention from the Luton News newspaper; and also the Luton on Sunday newspaper as well. We can now announce the other matches in the tournament, including changes to two matches. *CHANGE* PTW Heavyweight Title Tournament Match - Round One : - Shabazz VS Danny Stevens w/ Dan Edge Shabazz's opponent in the first round of the tournament, will now be Danny Stevens. Keego Ward has had to pull out of the tournament for undisclosed reasons, and will not be at the show. For the record, PTW and Keego Ward's relationship is fine; and we hope to have him appear again in the future. One thing has stayed the same though, and that is the fact that Danny Stevens will be managed by "100 %" Dan Edge. Edge is always scheming, and is looking for a way for his client to make an impact in PTW. Could that be by taking out a definite favourite to win the championship, namely Shabazz? PTW Heavyweight Title Tournament - Round One : - Lucian w/ Chelsey Karter VS Sykes The evil Lucian will be looking to make his mark once more, with his ever present valet Chelsey Karter in his corner; as he faces off against Sykes. This sees PTW's working relationship with RDW (Real Deal Wrestling) continue, as Sykes's request to be entered in the tournament has been granted by PTW Owner Peter Staniforth. Both men could be considered outsiders to win the tournament, but both are more than capable of doing so. They will be wanting to stake their claim in this first round match, where the stakes don't get any higher - the chance to progress to the semi finals of the tournament. PTW Heavyweight Title Tournament - Round One : - Rich N' Famous VS Brian Braddock And in the final match of the tournament, we have some intense issues. The feud between Rich N' Famous accompanied by his 'Players Club' clique members, and the proud and determined to stand alone in his fight against all things evil Brian Braddock; continues on the night of October 27th. These two have a past that goes beyond PTW's history so far, but back in those days these two men were on the same side. That past means nothing now, and is just a reference point in a feud that seemingly knows no boundaries. The only thing these two men have in common is size - the size of Rich N' Famous's arrogance and ego, and the size of Brian Braddock's pride and belief in his ability to do it alone. This one will be intense. * CHANGE * Eight Man Tag Team Action : - G 'The Ghetto Superstar' & Geraden & Beer Fuelled Violence (Bill Duffy & ArkAngel) VS Dan Ryder (c) & Danny Devine, & Youth Gone Wild (Will Davison & Ant Lacayo) Due to the volume of tag teams wanting to compete in PTW, both G & Geraden and (PTW Cruiserweight Champion) Dan Ryder & Danny Devine, have picked themselves a team each to have on their side in what is now an eight man tag team match. All eight men know each other well from other promotions around the country, and other matches involving the participants here; and the potential is here for this to be a really good match. This is going to showcase that if you want great tag team action, Power Trip Wrestling is the place to be! SHOW DETAILS! When :
