On Saturday 8th December Rugby will be host to a festive Christmas themed family wrestling event unlike any other. For one night only, the Wrestling Association of Rugby is back at Lawrence Sheriff School, Clifton Rd for WAR HARDCORE HOLIDAY!
Amongst the card of spectacular matches is a tag team Christmas Carnage Match. This contest will pit the popular team of "The King of Spin" Spindoctor & Danny Kai against the self proclaimed "Team Awesome" - Old School Jack London and Nero. The rules of this match are very simple, each team will have access to an array of Christmas wrapped weapons to use during the contest - ANYTHING GOES!
As if the Christmas Carnage match wasn't enough to get us excited about our upcoming event, we have just received news that the current Midlands Tag Team Champions will be defending their titles (for the first time at WAR), at HARDCORE HOLIDAY. It will be the current champions - The Ocean Brothers vs. The Camouflage wearing underhanded duo of The B52 Lance Corporal & Tank - Special Forces.
There will be many other contests on the night featuring WAR favourites such as Fireman Stan, Falcon and WAR Champion - The Executioner. The show will be held at Lawrence Sheriff School, Clifton Road, Rugby, CV213AG on Saturday 8th December. Entrance is £6.00 for Adults, £4.00 for Under 15’s and a family of 2 Adults and 2 Children is £16.00. Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 7.30.
