TNA: OVW to link up with TNA?

Nothing has been confirmed from either side at this point, but a lot of people in the business feel it would be a good move for TNA to try and start a relationship with OVW, now that WWE is out of the picture. TNA probably doesn't have the money to start up a developmental territory right now, but it would be a good idea for them to invest with a group like OVW or Booker T's PCW.
