CBlog II
by Cassidy Haslett on 25 May 2007

This blog will be fairly short and fairly quick. I just wanted to touch on a few wrestling events that have happened since I posted my last blog.

First, Shawn Michaels’ surgery, it really is disappointing to me that Michaels aggravated this injury. He is one of the greatest of all time and to see him go down with an injury while at the peak of his third or so run with the WWE is a shame.

Secondly, the death of Jill Jarrett, this death truly is sad and it also brings back memories for me of what happened to my mom’s niece just a few months ago. My mom’s niece died of breast cancer in her 30’s or 40’s, she fought and fought and fought, but the cancer just overtook her whole body. It’s a shame that she fought so hard, but still didn’t make it through. This has to be an incredibly tough time for Jeff and the Jarrett family. My condolences certainly go out to the Jarrett family in this rough time. Love him or hate him, you have got to love the loyalty and unwillingness to quit that Jeff showed for his wife.
