FPU: UFC 71 Review
by Seabass on 30 May 2007
Somebody is gonna get knocked the f*** out!
On one side you have got the man who is considered to be the face of UFC - the franchise if you will - the ultra-popular, ultra-tough light heavyweight champion, Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell. Then you have got the man who should be Pride middleweight champ (if not for a certain axe murderer) who has gained a legion of fans through his colourful comments and powerful style, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson.

SKK: SNME, Night of Champions, HBK Out
by SKK on 28 May 2007
Well, Saturday Night’s Main Event is rapidly approaching and so far it isn’t looking good in my opinion. So far we’ve got like two matches announced:
John Cena vs The Great Khali
Chris Benoit & Batista vs Edge & MVP
One rumored match to now be on the cards is Finlay & Hornswoggle vs Boogeyman & Little Boogeyman.

by Saz on 27 May 2007
Hi,
Old Sazza here to pop down his thoughts finally after a while away.
Well things have changed a bit for me over the last year, opportunities have opened up for me with different wrestling companies and I have been able to work with differing talent and getting used to working against people of different styles.

CBlog III
by Cassidy Haslett on 27 May 2007
This will probably end up being my ‘format’ for these blogs, meaning that I will probably post one every other day.
I read about Cena’s appearance at an Indy promotion in a high school gym in Massachusetts where Vince McMahon also appeared and Cena F-U’ed the ECW World Champion. That’s all well and good, however, it praises Cena and McMahon like they’re some sort of Gods for appearing at the show, signing some autographs and kissing some babies. I mean, of course he’s going to get a big ovation in his home state of Massachusetts and sign some autographs.

CBlog II
by Cassidy Haslett on 25 May 2007
This blog will be fairly short and fairly quick. I just wanted to touch on a few wrestling events that have happened since I posted my last blog.
First, Shawn Michaels’ surgery, it really is disappointing to me that Michaels aggravated this injury. He is one of the greatest of all time and to see him go down with an injury while at the peak of his third or so run with the WWE is a shame.

FPU: Judgement Day 2007 Review
by Seabass on 24 May 2007
Since it’s been two days already and a lot of people having seen the PPV, have their own opinions, I’ll try to make this entry not too heavy.
Carlito vs Flair: Nothing against Carlito, who I think has potential or Flair (well, okay I think he should have retired by now), but it’s not a good sign when your more occupied trying to get the VCR to work then watching the match.
The problem is the WWE hotshotted this angle and instead of letting it build - even possibly letting the pair win the tag team titles - they instead rushed it. While the match wasn’t bad, it lacked any tension or emotion and so had that meh feeling.

CBlog 1
by Cassidy Haslett on 24 May 2007
This is my first of these wrestling blogs (actually, only my second blog or so, ever and I did those on MySpace). Let’s hope that people will garner more interest and attention than my MySpace blogs. Okay, on to the world of the WWE.

TGP: Should the stay or should they go?
by Darlin Danny Dunn on 22 May 2007
“One day it’s white, the next it’s black!” is the life of a wrestler in the spotlight. Too much airtime and he becomes stale, and he is ready to be shipped to the house for a much needed vacation. Leaving the fans before they come back to a deafening chant. Hogan and Piper are masters of the leave and come back to a big crowd pop. Wrestlers, just as much loved children’s toys, have to be put on the shelf for a bit to give the fans fresh air and then come back repackaged or even with your previous name to hear the roar once more. I have thought about who should leave each brand and I found four wrestlers that could do with a vacation…
