CBlog XI- Kronus, Khali, & The Bash

Let’s start with John Kronus. Unfortunately, the wrestling world lost another great talent in John Kronus. Kronus was most notable for being one half of The Eliminators with Perry Saturn in ECW. Kronus is a former ECW Tag Team Champion. I honestly haven’t had much experience in seeing Kronus in action with ECW or any other organization, but I have seen a couple of his matches. Whether he was a household name or not, I believe that any wrestler that passes deserves, at the very least, to be acknowledged.

ST: More wrestler ramblings

I mentioned in the UK scene that I think that British wrestling is beginning to carve out a niche of its own, separate to the direct influence of the Americans.
There will always be influence of course, that can’t be denied a good idea that works should always be used and the great thing about the history of the WWE is that it is full of good ideas that captivate an audience or create new role models for our younger generation.

Last week I was planning on writing something about Benoit, but then the dentists came knocking and I was in too much discomfort to concentrate on writing. Truth to be told I’m still in pain (had another tooth removed this Monday) But not being able to sleep has made me decide to post an entry.

Sorry for not posting a blog in awhile. Quite frankly there hasn’t been a whole lot to discuss lately. I know the Astin investigation and the Benoit media craze is still going strong, but nothing that one would consider “breaking” has happened recently.
