Let me start off with the unfortunate news - John Cena has a severely herniated disc in his neck and will require surgery, leaving him out of action, indefinitely. The probability of him making another early return seems very unlikely. I was disappointed with this week’s edition of RAW. It seems to me that RAW is starting to head down a steady decline heading back to where it was before the Draft. I hope I am wrong, but areas of RAW are starting to become bland again. Read the rest of this entry »

After Hell in a Cell between Edge and a returning Undertaker was announced for SummerSlam, I knew I had to order it. In my mind, I think the Hell in a Cell Match was worth the $39.95 I paid. In WWE’s efforts to “clean up” the roster, they have released five more WWE Superstars and a WWE Referee. None of these releases come as a major surprise and I support all of them, because it means they are getting rid of the old and pretty much useless and, hopefully, bringing in some new talent. Over the last six years TNA has grown to become the second biggest wrestling company in the United States. Combining a roster of recognisable talent who had moved on from well known organisations and developing their own talent, the company soon built a solid following in Tennessee.
