WWE: The Latest on the Plans for FCW

Posted on March 23rd, 2012 by

WrestleScoop.com is reporting that “sources” have informed PWInsider.com that the WWE plans to open up something related to developmental in Stamford, CT, though that is not expected to replace FCW. WWE is looking to get a small group of talents to work directly with the developmental stars to get them ready for television and the company is looking to find a building in Stamford that can be used for both developmental training and production so that there is a step between FCW and being brought up to the main roster.

The reason that initial reports about FCW’s shutdown surfaced is that WWE is looking for a different location in Florida to tape the weekly FCW television show.

What do you think of the WWE’s new plan for developmental? Post your comments in the box below.
