WrestleScoop.com is reporting that former WWE Superstar Maven (Maven Huffman) was arrested in Florida on Monday for going from doctor to doctor (“doctor shopping”) to get prescriptions for painkillers, which is illegal. The former Tough Enough winner reportedly used three different doctors in the state to obtain Oxycodone and Hydrocone prescriptions, getting around 1,000 pain pills. Thirty-five year old Maven was released on $2,000 bond and faces up to five years in prison, if convicted.

After winning Tough Enough in 2001, Maven worked for the WWE until 2005, when he was released from his contract. After his release, Maven appeared on the VH1 reality show, “The Surreal Life” and did a few other reality shows before joining the independent wrestling promotion, United Wrestling Federation and also got a weekly spot on the Home Shopping Network’s “HSN Today” morning show, working as their exercise and wellness expert.
