PWInsider.com is reporting that WWE has won the lawsuit against video game developer CCP North America regarding the use of the name 'Gangrel'. CCP North American sued WWE a couple of years ago claiming that the company had the rights of the name 'Gangrel' before WWE started to use him on their TV programs. US District Court Judge Marvin Shoob didn't want to hear any of it, dismissing the case saying that the company didn't use the trademark of the name in a long time and their claims were insufficient. |
