WWE: Angle returning, Maven injured

Kurt Angle has finally be cleared by his doctors to make a return to to the ring. Angle hasn’t wrestled since Survivor Series due to more neck surgery that he had to have after the PPV. Since then, Angle has returned to WWE TV in a non-wrestling role, getting involved in Los Guerrero’s family problems.

It is not known if the WWE will have Kurt wrestle at the Smackdown tapings this Tuesday, or if they will hold off his in-ring return until the Royal Rumble match next Sunday.

Maven suffered an injury to his elbow at the Raw-Brand house show in Des Moines on Friday night. There has been no word on how serious the injury is, but it was enough to keep Maven out of the ring for the Saturday night show in Madison, Wisconsin.
