Local charities to benefit at celebrities expense!


Ulster Championship Wrestling are pleased to announce their next grappling extravaganza for July 9th in the Kings Hall, Belfast. Alongside the usual host of big and bad wrestlers 2 local celebrities are putting their money where their mouth is and stepping inside the ring to see how tough they really are!


UTV Sports reporter Graham Little and Spittin Politics Comedian John McBlain will go head to head, one on one in Northern Ireland’s first ever ‘Celebrity Death Match’. Both men will represent their chosen charity and the winner of the bout will donate £500 of UCW money to the worthy cause.


Also on the show, providing entertainment will be 2 outstanding local acts. Top Irish Girl Band Contradiction will be performing before and during the show aswell as well known Belfast DJ Stuart Dunwoody.


Having already featured on UTV Live, BBC’s First Stop, Belfast Citybeat, in the Belfast Telegraph, Community Telegraph, Discourse Magazine and on dozens of sports/wrestling news websites UCW are well experienced in dealing with the media.


The usual wrestling mayhem will be provided by some of the UK’s leading wrestlers including UCW Heavyweight Champion Bobby Lee Harm, Stevie Shaker ‘Babymaker’, Dunkan Disorderly, the 7 foot monster Tron, Frankie Fever and more!


Tickets for the show can be purchased from Hard Rock Cafe, Odyssey Arena and Hectors House, 5 North Street, Belfast and are priced at £12.
