It has been reported by MMA Weekly that former UFC Heavyweight Champion Tim ‘The Maine-iac’ Sylvia went in for surgery last Monday on his damaged forearm that he suffered back at UFC 48 to the hands of the current UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir.
Monte Cox (Sylvia’s manager) confirmed this to MMA Weekly Radio yesterday. Wrestling 101 wishes Tim the best of luck with his recovery.
