FWA LIVE IN MORECAMBE,

Saturday July 31 2004, EXCLUSIVE NEWS

As exclusively revealed during his interview with Blake Norton on The Wrestling Channel on Friday night, FWA Heavyweight Champion ‘The Anarchist’ Doug Williams will hot-foot back from his upcoming tour of America to appearat FWA Live in the Morecambe Dome on Saturday July 31.

Doug’s opponent, in an FWA Title defence, will be the winner of the upcoming match between Mark ‘5 Star’ Belton and Aviv Mayaan at FWA Vendetta on Sunday July 25.

Belton came within an inch of taking the title from The Anarchist at the Morecambe Dome on April 8 and a re-match between the two would have added spice given 5 Star’s recent attitude change. The Staffordshire superstar will surely pull out all the stops to destroy Aviv at Vendetta and earn another shot at the champ.

Meanwhile Aviv Mayaan has impressed FWA management with his efforts in 2004,not least of all thanks to his back-to-back victories over Alex Shane this year. A title match with Doug would be a dream come true for the rookie sensation, who professed such admiration for The Anarchist during the Flash Barker Retirement Ceremony at Carpe Diem.

In a huge first for Morecambe on July 31, the FWA will also present a women’s match between the Sweet Saraya and Minx.

This is Saraya’s first FWA match in two years and comes just a month after her shocking attack on Nikita to collect the bounty placed by Jane Childs. In gorgeous up-and-comer Minx she will face a true test in her return to the FWA ring.

In a singles meeting of leading FWA Title contenders, James Tighe and The Zebra Kid will meet head-on in what is sure to be a must-see encounter. Both men squared off in a three-way match with Doug Williams at the Morecambe Dome show in June and are chomping at the bit for another shot at The Anarchist. The winner of this one must surely receive another title shot very soon.

Finally, expect another true Monster Moment when Burchill returns to the Morecambe Dome on July 31.

Negotiations are continuing with many of the other top FWA superstars to sign more matches for the Dome on Saturday July 31. Stay tuned to
