UKPW are pleased to announce that ‘The Misfit’ Jorge Castano has now joined the ranks of United Kingdom Pro Wrestling. An accomplished amateur wrestler (he won the 1995 British championship in the 65kg category), Castano could very well prove to be the most versatile athlete in all of UKPW.
Born in Columbia, Castano has established himself as a feared and respected competitor on the UK scene, having competed for numerous promotions such as NWA-UK Hammerlock, FWA, TWA and All Star Promotions and competed against some of the top British wrestlers of recent years including Johnny Kidd, Jody Fleisch, Cameron Knite, Jonny Storm, Doug Williams and James Mason.
In his eight years as a pro wrestler, ‘The Misfit’ has not only wrestled the best but also beaten the best including UKPW’s own Ethan ‘The Heat’ Hayze and the great Johnny Kidd. Jorge Castano makes his first appearance for United Kingdom Pro Wrestling on Thursday July 29th at the Nye Bevan Hal! l in Hackney, London when he wrestles ‘The Atomic Ant’ Anton Green.
