Local wrestling and martial arts exponent Andre Baker who was at one time regularly seen on TV on various programmes featuring himself or his protégés has after a lengthy absence due to injury returned to our TV screens in style, two very popular national programmes to be precise, he and Gravesend based star Gary Steele along with various local trainees from Hammerlock Wrestling’s Sittingbourne training facility are featured in one of the editions in the “Ultimate Warriors” series being aired several times over on Bravo during the year.
In addition Andre is also featured on the Channel 4 series “That’ll Teach Em” where he trains the unruly bunch of lads who are living the life of a bunch of lads attending school in the sixties, both programmes are very popular and attract good viewing figures, further details can be obtained by visiting the channel 4 website.
