4th TWC Match Anounced, For International Showdown

A CHANCE TO RE-LIVE THE GLORY YEARS OF BRITISH WRESTLING

The fourth match has been signed for the TWC Supershow: International Showdown on Saturday March 19 at Coventry SkyDome, and it will be a World of Sport guest match.

Steve Grey vs. Mal Sanders: Two legends and longtime rivals prepare to clash at International Showdown, in what promises to be an outstanding competitive bout. This match will be fought under traditional British Rules, with 15 x 3 minute rounds.

In other news, we regret to inform fans that due to his commitments in Japan, Sonjay Dutt has just informed us that he has to pull out of
International Showdown. We apologise to any fans who have purchased tickets to see Sonjay, but a replacement will be announced this Saturday
in The Daily Star.

This World of Sport match has been added to an incredible card that
already boasts the following:

Samoa Joe v CM Punk
The Ring of Honor rivalry continues!

Punk and Joe have warred throughout 2004 in some of the best matches of the year and in several classic battles for the ROH Title, including two superb one-hour draws, Punk has yet to pin the rock-hard Samoan’s
shoulders to the mat. However, many experts believe The Second City
Saint’s efforts softened up Joe, perhaps indirectly causing him to
eventually lose the ROH Title on Boxing Day to Austin Aries at ROH Final Battle 2004.

Now both Samoa Joe and CM Punk find themselves in the role of contenders for the ROH Heavyweight Title, although whether this situation will stay the same come March 19 remains to be seen. Whatever happens in the meantime, at Coventry SkyDome British fans will have the chance to see these two perennial rivals square off in what should be a gruelling and thrilling one-on-one matchup.

AJ Styles v ‘The Fallen Angel’ Christopher Daniels

The multi-time NWA-TNA Heavyweight and X Division Champion and the former leader of Ring of Honor’s The Prophecy have a storied rivalry dating back several years, and their fabulous matches against each other
in 2004 for the Philadelphia-based promotion 3PW were the talk of the
American indie scene for weeks afterwards.

Styles and Daniels have visited the UK several times in recent years for
the FWA so British fans know exactly what kind of action these two
highly-skilled technicians are capable of providing in the squared
circle. The TWC Supershow: International Showdown will be the perfect showcase for their considerable talents.
