It has become clear over the past few hours that Eddie Guerrero, former WWE champion and beloved superstar, was found dead this morning in his bathroom by Chavo Guerrero and friends with a toothbrush in his mouth. The most likely reason for his untimely death is heart failure, although nothing is certain as of yet.
TNAWrestling.com have posted a short message concerning the event, and CM Punk has updated his livejournal with a short heartfelt message.
WWE.com has posted a number of videos in Eddies honour, including footage of a press conferance with Vince McMahon and Chavo Guerrero earlier in the day. Vince announced that tonights RAW and SmackDown! double TV taping will be a four hour block of tributes for Eddie in the style of the Owen Hart memorial show of 1999 where wrestlers were allowed to wrestle if they wished and pay their respects.
