3CW: 2nd Anniversary Show "History In The Maiming" Announced

3CW – SECOND ANNIVERSARY – NORTH VS SOUTH WARFARE!
24TH FEBRUARY – BILLINGHAM SYNTHONIA SOCIAL CLUB

All hell certainly broke loose on the 21st of January at the Tower Club, and we’re going to see the repercussions in Billingham as the 3CW VS FWA:A issue has descended into open warfare! FWA:A-made star James Tighe may have underestimated 3CW Champion Stevie Lynn at the Tower Club in his devious attempt to capture the gold from the tired Champion – a tired Champion who had already brainbustered and defeated 300lb Brother War – but you can bet he won’t be making the same mistake on the 24th. Long time rival ICE XVII in fact came to Stevie’s aid in January, and whilst the two may not like each other they certainly respect each other, and don’t want to see Portsmouth-based grapplers ruin 3CW’s Anniversary party! That said, the tag match is made – Stevie Lynn and Ice XVII representing 3CW against James Tighe and a partner of his choosing in the FWA:A camp. At the time of writing all 3CW.co.uk can confirm is that Tighe is boasting that his partner is a major FWA-related name, so keep an eye on 3CW.co.uk and Academy sources for more news on this huge story!

ONE MORE TIME – CUTTING EDGEUCATION FACE THE VEGAS FOR THE STRAPS!

It’s the rematch we thought we’d never see, but come the 24th of February, we’ll see the 3CW Tag Team Champions, Cutting EDGEucation, face off against the Vegas Connection, one more time, no ifs, no buts, no get out clauses.. Tag Team Titles on the line. Having captured the straps on the 7th of October – definitely by more foul means than fair – Grange and Hunter have ducked, dodged and cheated the Vegas time and time again. Having defeated White and stand-in partner Marky B Kraze in November, in fact, the duo promised never to face the Vegas Connection again in 3CW!

The luck of the draw put paid to that, however, as the Vegas were 1 and 3 respectively at the Free For All to CJ Hunter’s 2! Needless to say a hellacious beating followed, and as CJ Hunter was eliminated, William Grange could stand no more of the abuse being dished out to his friend… that is a boy. He stormed out and undid months of trickery by rashly challenging the Vegas boys, so yes, the tag titles will be on the line – and not only that, but the losing team must SPLIT UP! So come the 25th we’ll have seen the last of Cutting EDGEucation or the last of the Vegas Connection, making this a truly unique matchup – don’t miss it!

RICHIE-PAC PART II – YOUNG LIONS CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH SIGNED!

It’s been said that the amazing “Man That Gravity Forgot” may be fixing to make 2006 the YEAR that Gravity Forgot. Having said that, 2005 could have ended on a much brighter note for the undeniably arrogant Pac had his showboating not cost him a possible Championship win against a battered and bruised Kid Richie – already reeling from an Academy gang attack – on the 30th of December. Pac has soon bounced back, however, putting in such a massively impressive performance in January that he was immediately offered a place on Team Academy – something he was all to happy to accept! So this time, Pac has backup, and he certainly has the skills, as demonstrated in January where, on route to winning the match, he downed the Young Lions Champion Richie for a (non-title) 3 count. Richie will no doubt have that on his mind come February, but he’s no stranger to adversity, and this promises to be all out aerial war!

SPECIAL OVERSEAS UPDATE… STEVIE LYNN VS BLAKE NORTON… 3CW CHAMPIONSHIP… DUBLIN… THIS SATURDAY!

Whilst the #1 Contender to the 3CW Championship, “the Celtic Tiger” Blake Norton now has a Championship match contract signed and sealed, sources tell 3CW.co.uk that Norton, who IS slated to be present on the 24th, is unlikely to claim this Championship match for the 24th of February. This is no doubt part of some larger scheme, but bear in mind that Norton already has ANOTHER Championship match – and he’ll receive that THIS SATURDAY, the 28th of January, at Celtic Pro Wrestling’s “IT’S HAMMER TIME!” show at the Good Council GAA Club in Dublin, Ireland!

Whilst Norton DOES still have his 3CW-earnt shot to take, the Celtic Pro Wrestling board have made the decision to make him THEIR number one contender to fighting Champion Lynn as he makes his third trip to CPW, meaning that Norton finds himself in a VERY strong position! Don’t forget, Norton’s Emerald Fusion stable-mate, Anthony Idol, took the 3CW Young Lions Championship back to Ireland last year, and Norton has been adament in recent months that he will be the first Irish 3CW Champion. And whilst Norton’s newly found Damned Nation buddies will be back home in England, his Emerald Fusion in Ireland will certainly act as more than sufficient back up should he require it, without a doubt.

No doubt a massive match for the 3CW Champion – check out www.celticprowrestling.com for more information on the show, and keep an eye on 3CW.co.uk for more updates direct from Dublin!
