– Raw saw a bounce in the ratings this week, doing a 4.2 cable rating, with a 6.3 share, after a few weeks of doing a 4.0. The show did hours of 4.1 and 4.2.
Saturday’s AM Raw did a 0.5 cable rating, with a 1.5 share.
– During a meeting with advertisers for the new CW Network this afternoon in Burbank, California, CBS President Leslie Moonves confirmed that two programs would be absolutely moving to the new Network when it launched this September would be America’s Top Model and WWE Smackdown. The Network is expected to unveil it’s complete Fall lineup, including which existing TV series will be brought over from the UPN and WB Networks this May.
– Gene Okerlund and Barry Darsow (Repo Man, Demolition Smash) are the latest names to sign agreements with Jakks Pacific to have WWE action figures produced.
