Welcome back to the UK Scene with your loveable host Saz looking at another week of professional wrestling within the UK. It’s been a busy month this May and hopefully a lot of fans have been entertained by all those boys and girls who put their bodies on the line for UK fans!

Welcome back to the UK Scene with your loveable host Saz looking at another week of professional wrestling within the UK.

It’s been a busy month this May and hopefully a lot of fans have been entertained by all those boys and girls who put their bodies on the line for UK fans!

Now we have June to Look forward to!

South

LDN have announced the first match in their debut TV taping “Caesars Beatings” on Saturday July 15th at The Central Park Leisure Centre in Harold Hill, Essex.

Johnny Kidd faces off against Majik, which looks to be one juicy match up, I’ve always been a fan of Johnny Kidd and I have seen Majik work too and I must admit this is a promising match!

If LDN continue to choose veterans (especially the ones who don’t get as much credit as they deserve) this should look to be a fine show.

ACW have announced a card for their next show on Saturday July 8th at Luton Regional Sports Centre in Stopsley, Luton, Bedfordshire.

Card reads:

  • Matt Naylor (c) vs. Ferral

  • DOA & Sam Steel (c) vs. Los Pervitos

  • Kid Regis vs. Inferno

  • Samson (c) vs. Bull Harley

Also wrestling: The Players Club and Silver Mask

S.A.S Wrestling present their post-modern “Episode V – The New Hope” on Sunday July 2nd at The Pinner Green Social Club in Pinner, Middlesex.

Currently announced:

  • Spud vs. Team Charming (Jack Stom & Dave Moralez)

Also appearing are Luke “Dragon” Phoenix, The Kartel, Martin Stone, Ashton Brown, Bubblegum, Saul Adams w/ Stacy Stanford, Ross Jordan, El Ligero, SirThomas Chamberlain, Rob Hunter, Phil Bedwell, Matt Damien, Paul Travell, and many more.

Let’s hope the allegedly litigation-happy George Lucas isn’t a UK Wrestling fan…

North

NPWA have announced “Random Acts of Violence” on Friday June 9th at St Paul Club in Leigh, Wigan.

Card reads:

  • AC Kage (c) vs. Paul Andrews

  • Crux vs. Brickwall vs. Glorificus

  • Kevin Omega, Chris Sabre & Bezz vs. Enigma, Matt Jay & Adrian Myers

  • The Untouchables (c) vs. Carnage (Heaven and Hell) & The Fireball (Governing Body)

Midlands

NBW have announced “Rules Are Made To Be Broken” to be held at The Notts County Football Ground on Saturday June 17th.

Card:

  • The Establishment vs. Eamon O’Neil, Dan Head, Adrenaline & El Ligero

  • Bubblegum vs. a hand picked opponent by Kris Travis

  • Stixx vs. Kris Travis

Very interesting venue, I’m not going to pretend to know about the circumstances of the venue, however this could be a risk with the size of the venue. However, I know that Gerry Norton isn’t against taking risks as was his involvement with the ill fated RBW.

KSW have announced their next show “Out for Blood” to be held at Enots Sports and Social Club, Brownsfield Park, Eastern Avenue and released a partial card due to Nick Mace having a recurrance of his thumb injury from last year.

The partial card reads:

  • Cupid Valentino vs. Kid Flash

  • Brandon Grave vs. Pogo

  • Carl Mizzery vs. Rob Long

  • King Khan vs. Tyler Rayne

Finally,

Onto the UK Top 50, soon you will have groups of wrestlers put together and I would like people to email in to help me sort them, they are in no particular order, so as not to bring out the results too soon.

Check out the UK Top 50 forum post for the groups and email me at [saracen@wrestling101.com] or [da@wrestling101.com] and help me sort by giving me the order within each group you think is fair!

Take care and see you soon.
