Another huge news update from the now legendary PTW Offices. PTW Owner Peter Staniforth has just about finished sulking at this point over his beloved Luton Town FC being relegated, and is now fully focused on all things wrestling once more, so here’s what’s going down; as Power Trip Wrestling up the stakes once more for “Betrayed” on May 19th in Luton.
APPRECIATION OF A LEGEND!
Power Trip Wrestling are incredibly proud to say that we will have what is a true legend of not just British, but all professional wrestling; in attendance on May 19th at “Betrayed”. He is celebrating 30 years in the business, and PTW want to acknowledge all he has done and all that he has given to wrestling – he is Johnny Kidd. PTW Owner Peter Staniforth was asked for a quote, and whilst sadly he was too busy to speak; recently you only had to see his face to know how happy he is about this situation. This is a rare chance for fans to come out and say ‘Thank You’ to Johnny for all he has done!
MAIN EVENT UPDATE : THREE BECOMES……FOUR???
In another huge addition and shocking turn, PTW Owner Peter Staniforth has announced that the main event featuring Irish Whip Wrestling Zero Gravity Champion Bingo Ballance, Matt Naylor, and Seb Drea…. just became a four way match. Who was worthy of this change to proceedings? Former RBW Welterweight Champion, and the current holder of both the FWA Flyweight and NBW Cruiserweight Championships – None other than Ross Jordan!!! The self confessed ‘Double Champion’ contacted PTW feeling he deserved to be involved, and his wish was granted. This just upped the stakes for PTW “Betrayed” even higher than before, and is proof that right now, Power Trip Wrestling is on fire; and the place that top class wrestlers want to be seen performing!
IT’S TIME FOR LUTON TO PARTY?!
Well known all around the country for their high living, wild life antics; coming to PTW for the first time but long time “familia” of PTW Owner Peter Staniforth – they are Los Pervitos! When they come to town, you can be guaranteed of a certain brand of crazyness that only Tim and Mojo can bring; and it’s coming to Power Trip Wrestling in just a matter of days…. so be ready!
RDW GUEST MATCH : PARTICPANTS ANNOUNCED!
In a match designed to showcase the talents and abilities of our friends at Real Deal Wrestling, the following match has been announced. A “Six Person Intergender Match”, with the teams as follows : Bubbles, Nathan Sparx, and Lee Chaos; facing off against Chelsey Karter, Havok, and Sykes. This one’s set to be wild!
MAKING OURSELVES USEFUL – PTW AND CHARITY!
Power Trip Wrestling are proudly raising money for September’s “The Aviva Walk London Breakthrough To Breast Cancer”, on the 8th September 2007, a 44km walk in London; that PTW Owner Peter Staniforth’s fiancee’ Chrissie will be participating in.
