BCW heavyweight champion Drew Galloway recently recieved a tryout at the RAW and Smackdown tapings and on completion recieved an offer to join the number one wrestling company in the world, the WWE. Only this week has seen Drew put pen to paper and he shall report to Kentucky in the coming months. But dont worry just yet BCW fans, he is hoping to appear and defend his title for most dates until the time comes to move on.
One of the biggest influences in Drew’s early years was his partnership with Charles Boddington. The duo became the most hated but at the same time the most loved partnership to hit the UK scene which lasted a strong four years, seeing them achieve many goals including their television debut together. A partnership like this in which both men were never seen apart had never been seen in the UK in many years.
On June 30th in Kilmarnock, will Boddington be bitter about being left behind or will he swallow his pride for once.
Everyone at BCW would like to congratulate Drew and are very proud of this achievement and the part BCW may have played in it.
