As predicted, things are pretty quiet this week, most people will be having their holidays and the wrestlers will be moving towards the camps to entertain them.

Make sure you support your local company, true wrestling fans go to enjoy wrestling and if you want to make your opinion heard, then there is always TWO to put your views across.

What we do care about in all aspects of the UK Scene is your opinion, especially the paying punter, so if you have a say you are more than welcome to express it, whether it is a popular opinion or not.

Tally forth.

And Finally…

I was watching WWE for the first time in ages whilst eating my breakfast and realised that, possibly for the first time, the UK Scene has not really been affected by the downturn in mainstream wrestling interest.

I’ll be honest, WWE does not boast a plethora of Superstars anymore and usually that equates to kids finding interest in other sports to look for their role models. However, oddly, I have noticed that, on the occasions I have witnessed it, they get behind British heroes such as Jonny Storm, Tommy Gunn and the Hunter Brothers.

I’m sure there are more out there that are carving a path to the British public’s hearts.

I think this is due to the increasing amount of Journeymen that are coming through, people who will work for other companies and are not tied to one, this means that the arguments have lessened and more people get to see British talent across the country.
And that can only be a good thing.

Take care,
