WAR: Details For September 8th Show

On Saturday 8th September Rugby will be host to one of the biggest, most exciting Pro Wrestling spectacles the UK has ever seen. The Wrestling Association of Rugby is back at Lawrence Sheriff School, Clifton Rd for WAR BURIED ALIVE!

Topping the bill for the evening will be WAR’s first EVER Casket Match between the 7ft monster The Executioner and current WAR Heavyweight Champion Louie Zerr. The two wrestlers will compete under No Disqualification Rules meaning anything goes, and the only way to win the match will be to put your opponent in the 8ft Coffin at ringside and close the lid!

Not only will there be a Casket match on the night, but WAR is pulling out all the stops by promoting a 4 Man Ladders Match for the vacant Midlands Championship Belt. The only way to win will be to climb the 8ft ladders at ringside, which can be used as legal weapons, and retrieve the championship title suspended above the ring. Expect high flying and high risk as four of the best WAR has to offer fight it out to win the Midlands Title.

There will be 5 other contests on the night featuring WAR favourites such as Fireman Stan, Momento and Brandon Flynn. The show will be held at Lawrence Sheriff School, Clifton Road, Rugby, CV213AG on Saturday 8th September. Tickets for the event are on sale NOW and can be reserved by calling (01788) 561735 or by emailing tickets@waruk.co.uk. Entrance is £5.00 for Adults, £4.00 for Under 15’s and a family of 2 Adults and 2 Children is £15.00. Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 7.30.
