*Earlier in the night, Flair came out in front of his hometown Charlotte crowd and announced that he "will NEVER retire". Mr. McMahon came out and informed Flair and the world that he will indeed never retire, but only if he wins matches. If Flair ever loses a match, he will be forced into retirement. Orton came out and challenged Flair to a match later in the night.
