* After a confrontation between Orton and Jericho, RAW G.M. William Regal announced that Orton and Jericho will get to choose the other’s opponent for the two RAW main events. Randy Orton chose Umaga for Chris Jericho to face and Jericho chose Shawn Michaels for Orton to face.
**Hornswoggle made a "call" on Mr. McMahon’s cell phone a little earlier in the show, prior to the match he had Lilian Garcia announce that he had hired some "protection". Out comes the APA (Acolyte Protection Agency) in full APA attire with the APA shirts and armbands. JBL & Ron Simmons came out and beat down Carlito and Coachman and ended it with Hornswoggle pinning Coachman.
***This was the first time Snitsky had been pinned in the year 2007.
During RAW a big stipulation was added to the Triple H Vs. Jeff Hardy match at Armageddon. It is now a #1 Contender’s Match for the WWE Title where the winner will face the WWE Champion (either Randy Orton or Chris Jericho) at the 2008 Royal Rumble on January 27 in Madison Square Garden in New York City.
