At a RAW Live Event in Jacksonville, FL on January 11, Cody Rhodes defeated RAW General Manager, William Regal in a Royal Rumble Qualifier to become the 13’th man to qualify for the Rumble Match. There will be another live event on January 12 that will feature another Qualifying Match. Here is the updated list of the participants in the 2008 Royal Rumble Match:

- From SmackDown: Kane, Jamie Noble, Finlay, Batista, & The Undertaker
