Match Quality

  1. Shawn Michaels Vs. Mr. Kennedy III
  2. Over-The-Top-Rope Gauntlet Match
  3. Carlito Vs. Hardcore Holly
  4. Beth Phoenix Vs. Mickie James
  5. Umaga Vs. Brian Kendrick
  6. The Highlanders Vs. Finlay & Hornswoggle

Note(s)

*A Rubber Match is a match where the two competitors involved each have an equal number of wins over the other (in this case, Kennedy had one win and Michaels had one win).

**Umaga qualified for the Royal Rumble Match on December 31, 2007, so this match was solely a Rumble Qualifier for Brian Kendrick.

***In this match, Triple H had to face three different opponents (handpicked by RAW General Manager William Regal) in one-on-one matches and he could only defeat a given opponent by throwing him over the top rope with both feet landing on the floor. When one superstar is eliminated, another one comes out and if Triple H had been thrown over the top rope with both feet hitting the floor, he would have lost and, in this match, would have been unable to enter the Rumble Match, as this was his "last chance".

WWE.com announced earlier today that RAW’s Mr. Kennedy would be in the 2008 Royal Rumble Match and on RAW, Triple H qualified to be in it as well. That means that 21 of the 30 superstars have qualified for the Rumble and there are nine left to qualify before the Royal Rumble this Sunday.
