WWE: Third Update on Hornswoggle’s Condition

The following is from WWE.com:

After speaking with both neurologists and neuroscientists on site at an undisclosed California medical facility, WWE.com reporters have learned that Hornswoggle is suffering from swelling of the brain. Typical in individuals who have suffered blunt impact to their skull, this condition may be associated with a small amount of internal cranial bleeding.

The brain swelling suffered by Hornswoggle at the hands of JBL on RAW, according to doctors, is known to have additional symptoms including short-term memory loss, severe headaches, dizziness and nausea.

At this stage, there is no discernible recovery time slated for the 4-foot Superstar. However, officials have confirmed that Hornswoggle will likely be kept in the facility for at least a week or more, as there will be a better chance of assessing long-term neurological damage after the swelling improves.

Continue to check back with WWE.com as more information becomes available on the condition of Hornswoggle.
