WWE: Jeff Hardy Ruins His Chances To Be A World Champion?

According to this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Jeff Hardy was slated to win the WWE Title at either SummerSlam or Survivor Series of this year, but that was before his suspension. It is still possible that he will win the WWE Title in the future. The only certainty is that Jeff Hardy can not afford another drug test failure.
