Two big matches were revealed for Backlash on RAW. It was announced at the beginning of the night that Randy Orton would defend the WWE Title against JBL, but after Triple H interuppred and ultimately won the Handicap Match, the WWE Title Match became a Triple Threat, then John Cena went through a similar process to make the match a Fatal 4-Way. So at Backlash on April 27, Randy Orton will defend the WWE Title against JBL, Triple H, & John Cena in a Fatal 4-Way. It was announced on RAW that Batista will go one-on-one with Shawn Michaels at Backlash.
It was announced on RAW that on next week’s RAW from London, England, RAW General Manager William Regal will face WWE Champion Randy Orton in Non-Title action.
