Phil Astin pleaded not guilty to a 175-count indictment charging him with conspiracy and improperly dispensing drugs, according to the AP. He did not attend the hearing on Monday. Rather, his attorney entered the not guilty plea for him. Astin was personal physician for Chris Benoit.
