The latest Wrestling Observer is reporting that WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, who is always present at television tapings, was not at this past Tuesday’s ECW & SmackDown Tapings in Fresno, CA and he was not present at Saturday’s San Jose Tapings either. Many backstage feel that Vince must be working on something "big" for the company.
