ProWrestling.net is reporting that some within the WWE are not so high on the idea of bringing in Tony Atlas to serve as Mark Henry’s adviser. It was attempted a few years ago with Bobby Lashley, but was ditched quickly because Atlas had some negative reports against him from others within the company.
Vince McMahon is said to be the one very high on Atlas, but we don’t know at this point whether it’s a short-term or long-term gig. Interesting concept though putting Mark Henry with someone that talks worse than him. An adviser could be kept off the microphone though and Atlas may not really take the "manager" role that requires one to be a mouthpiece, but I guess we’ll see soon enough
