WWE: Ticket Sales for WrestleMania XXV Postponed Again

As everyone expected, WWE has postponed the ticket sales for WrestleMania XXV one again due to the devastation of Hurricane Ike. Here is the announcement, courtesy of WWE.com:

Following two postponements due to the effects of Hurricane Ike down South, tickets for WrestleMania XXV will officially go on sale to the public on November 8, at 10 a.m. CT. Tickets will become available at both Houston’s Reliant Stadium box office, and at all Ticketmaster locations.

Tickets for WrestleMania XXV were originally scheduled to go on sale September 20, then rescheduled for October 11 out of concern for the residents of the Gulf Coast of Texas, and a disaster area declaration made by Texas Governor Rick Perry. Following the hurricane, WWE once again postponed ticket sales with the public and its wellbeing in mind.

In addition to sending our thoughts out to those affected by Hurricane Ike, WWE thanks the WWE Universe for their understanding, and looks forward to our fans getting their tickets to sports-entertainment’s biggest annual extravaganza on November 8.
