Several months ago TNA hired an outside legal consultant, Guy Blake, who is a Partner in the Beverly Hills Law Firm of Davis, Shapiro, Lewit & Hayes, LLP., to assist the company in contract and other legal issues.

The firm’s lawyers handle all legal matters arising in the entertainment industry, with a strong emphasis in music, digital rights, and branded entertainment. The firm shares a strategic alliance with the Beverly Hills law firm Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal LaViolette & Feldman, LLP, which has a premiere practice specializing in film and television work.

Mr. Blake visited the TNA Nashville offices in September for several days of meetings with Dixie Carter & Dean Broadhead, among others, and was involved in at least some of the negotiation of Kevin Nash’s contract.
Previously, most TNA legal work was done by Steve Campbell who works out of the Panda Dallas offices.
