  • Non-Title: CM Punk & Kofi Kingston def. Cody Rhodes & Manu by Kofi Kingston pinning Cody Rhodes following Trouble In Paradise.
  • Melina def. Jillian by pin with the Last Call.
  • Batista def. Dolph Ziggler (in his in-ring debut) by pin following the Batista Bomb.
  • Opening Round of the Intercontinental Title Tournament: John Morrison (ECW) def. Finlay (with Hornswoggle) (ECW) by pin following the springboard shining wizard to advance to the Semi-Finals to face CM Punk next week.
  • Final Opening Round of the Intercontinental Title Tournament: Rey Mysterio (RAW) def. The Miz (ECW) by roll-up to advance to the Semi-Finals to face Kofi Kingston next week.

After the main event, Chris Jericho was joined by Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, & Manu in assaulting Cena. Orton DDT’d Cena on the concrete floor and Jericho locked in the Walls of Jericho on Cena.

It was announced on RAW that Randy Orton will face Batista at Armageddon.

Stephanie McMahon announced the six nominees for the Superstar of the Year Award at next week’s Slammy Awards, they are WWE Champion Edge, Triple H, Chris Jericho, Batista, Jeff Hardy, & World Heavyweight Champion John Cena. She also announced that those same nominees will have matches against each other next week as Edge will face John Cena in a WWE Champion Vs. World Champion encounter, Triple H will face Batista, & Chris Jericho will face Jeff Hardy.

Just a reminder that next week’s RAW will be the return of the WWE Slammy Awards. It will be a three-hour special starting at a special start time of 8/7c.
