WWE.com has announced that the Breakout Star of the Year is…………..Vladimir Kozlov. This and four other categories will have their winners announced exclusively on WWE.com. Kozlov beat out Evan Bourne, Kofi Kingston, & Ted DiBiase. It is expected the rest will be announced in the next few hours before the three hour Slammy Awards special.
