The latest Wrestling Observer is reporting that, despite Vince McMahon allegedly making the ruling that anyone associated with Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling would never be allowed in the company again, the WWE invited Hulk Hogan to take part in the "Tribute To The Troops" special in Iraq. Hogan declined, stating that he needs to stay with his son, Nick, since he is freshly released from jail and is not allowed to leave the country. No one is taking this new "ban" by Vince seriously, as he’s apparently said things of the sort about several wrestlers at several different times.
