Monday’s three-hour Raw special drew a 3.0 final cable rating. The show drew a 3.2 in its regular 9 to 11pm. time slot, and drew hours of a 2.71, 3.16 and 3.18. The 9 to 11pm number is down from last week’s 3.4, which was the highest rating Raw has seen since this past summer.
