After numerous announcements from Dos Caras, Jr. where he bounced back and forth saying he was or was not going to WWE, and when, last weekend he annonced that he had signed a multi-year deal with EMML (CMML) to stay in Mexico.
He suggested he made this decision because in WWE he’d need to sorta "start over", when he is, at least in Mexico, already a big star.
As we had noted here in earlier reports prior to joining WWE he would have needed a work visa and would have needed to clear the hurdles (for some) presented by the testing required by WWE’s wellness program.
