Two big championship matches were announced for Backlash on April 26- In a 6-Man Tag, Triple H will team up with Batista & Shane McMahon to defend his WWE Title against Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, & Ted DiBiase. If any member of Triple H’s team wins, then Triple H retains the title. If any member of Randy Orton’s team wins, then Orton wins the title. The World Heavyweight Title will also be on the line as John Cena defends the title against former champion Edge in a Last Man Standing Match.
Batista made his return on RAW, helping Triple H & Shane McMahon take care of Legacy.
Vickie Guerrero announced that she will no longer be SmackDown General Manager as she has decided to be the full time General Manager of RAW.
