The three hour broadcast of Monday Night RAW did a 3.7 rating off hours 3.23, 3.99 and 4.01. Taking out the first hour which always drags down the number the show would have done a 4.0 rating in its usual 9 to 11 hours. Last week’s RAW did a 3.9.
