WSOC-TV in Charlotte is reporting that Reid Flair (Richard Reid Fliehr) was arrested on felony charges after Charlotte-Mecklenburg police found heroin inside his car.
In Addition, the 21 year old was charged with driving while impaired and driving with a revoked license.
