After the WWE Title Match, Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase came into the ring and all three members of Legacy assaulted Batista. However, Ric Flair made the save and Batista & Flair ended up clearing the ring of Legacy.
Early in the night, World Heavyweight Champion Edge (from SmackDown) went into the office of his wife and RAW General Manager Vickie Guerrero. During the World Heavyweight Title Match, Matt Hardy (from RAW) appeared and hit Jeff Hardy with the cast, which ended up costing Jeff the title.
The Miz also made an appearance at Judgment Day and called out Chicago Cubs outfielder Alfonso Soriano as a "Cena surrogate". After Soriano did not come into the ring, Miz declared himself 4-0 against John Cena. Santino Marella then came out and stood up for Soriano, calling him a "fellow Italian". Santino & Miz ended up brawling in the ring before Miz hit Santino with a DDT. After being called an "embarassment" by Edge earlier on, Chavo Guerrero came out and hit Santino with the Frog Splash.
