WWE Hall of Famer, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper was arrested this morning (July 2) around 1:00am and charged with DUI, reports TMZ.com. Piper failed a field sobriety test in Hollywood and was taken in by Hollywood police. Piper was still in custody as of noon today with bail set at $5,000.
