Shimmer Women Athletes, the Chicago based female independent professional
wrestling promotion often referred to just as SHIMMER, announced that one of
its stars, Serena Deeb, has signed a contract with World Wrestling
Entertainment. The 23 year old Virginia native made her professional
wrestling debut in March 2005 and worked for Ohio Valley Wrestling as well
between 2005 and 2009 winning the Women’s Title six times.
